In the future, OHLF, a research facility for lightweight construction, will use Volkswagen’s Top-Logic PRIME system to plan and coordinate projects with industry and research. To do this, BOS will configure further functionalities in PRIME for mapping the specific requirements of OHLF projects. The rollout is planned for the end of 2019.
Die OHLF, eine Forschungseinrichtung für Leichtbau, wird zukünftig das Top-Logic System PRIME von Volkswagen nutzen um die Projekte mit Industrie und Forschung zu planen und zu koordinieren. Dazu wird BOS weitere Funktionalitäten in PRIME konfigurieren, um spezifische Erfordernisse der OHLF Projekte abzubilden. Der Rollout ist auf Ende 2019 geplant.
Since 2011 the division Konzern Komponente of Volkswagen AG uses Top-Logic™ for the planning and monitoring of projects in the engineering and infrastructure area. The release prime 1.7 brings additional benefits in planning of phases, the usability and in the cockpit to the more of 1,000 Users.

Der Verantwortliche für die Produktbasisentwicklung präsentiert mit den Worten „Ein Quantensprung in der Entwicklung von Top-Logic™“ die Vorstellung des langangekündigten Produkt Updates, das ab sofort für die Entwicklungs- und Projektpartner von BOS zur Verwendung bereitsteht.
Im Fokus der Entwicklung der neuen Produktversion, in die BOS mehrere Personenjahre investiert hat, standen die Themen „bessere Befähigung der Entwicklungspartner“, „dynamische Erweiterung des Objektmodells“ und „typisierte Konfigurationsfunktionen“.
Die neue Produktversion wurde bereits dem mit der BOS verbundenen Kooperationspartner ASCon Sytems zur Verfügung gestellt und als Basis für die Entwicklung von neuen Anwendungen für Audi, BMW AG und Volkswagen AG verwendet.

The development of the new product version, in which BOS has invested several man-years, focused on the topics „better qualification of development partners“, „dynamic extension of the object model“ and „standardized configuration functions“.
The new product version has already been made available to ASCon Systems, a cooperation partner of BOS, and has been used as the basis for the development of new applications for Audi, BMW AG and Volkswagen AG.

The first production release has been developed and tested. It supports the change request process for IT-systems in the sales department of Volkswagen OTLG. The worldwide rollout will start in Q1/2016.
