On March 14, Brigitte Zypries presented us with the “Employer of the Future” award in Hamburg, German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization.<\/p>\n

BOS gives its employees the greatest possible freedom to organize their working hours and work location: working in a home office and at the location, part-time commitments and mobile working are feasible, plus a fair and above-average package of benefits that is compatible for everyone, such as BAV (company pension scheme), VWL (capital-forming benefits) and IAP (inflation compensation premium).<\/p>\n
