Business Operation Systems has launched Top-Logic™ Project at Volkswagen AG, Komponente in 2012. Engeneering and organizational projects and programs will be controlled by Top-Logic™ Project. This solution links project with product information and includes an extensive reporting system in the area of projects, programs and portfolio. The rollout will comprise more than 1000 users.
With the release „Autumn 2012“ BOS provided several business enhancements to the system PMC which enrich the governance process in the development division of BMW group.
Highlights are the automatic traffic light circuit for KPIs and a new way of governance reporting focused on major milestones.
Business Operation Systems has signed the Codex of PLM Openness in November 2012 and became an active member of the initiative for a common understanding to the openness of IT-systems in the context of PLM.

Swisscom TV uses Top-Logic™ Configuration to organize the complete portfolio of radio und TV stations. The business requirements emerged from the number of varying customer bundles that are offered with their overlapping contents, the provision of the governmental broadcasting duty (regional and swiss-wide provision) and the obligation of trilingualism in Switzerland.
The broadcast station- and line-up-management was described with the model-based configuration management methodology and technically realized with the standard functionality of Top-Logic™ Configuration.
The working time to create valid broadcast station lists could be shortened significantly, e.g. because input and ordering errors can be avoided by systematic checks.
